Tagua is a type of nut from South America that resembles elephant ivory. It is sometimes referred to as vegetable ivory or palm ivory. It is sliced and dyed into a variety of colors. Tagua nuts are environmentally friendly and highly sustainable. Tagua nut sits on a sterling silver beaded chain along with a brushed sterling silver circle. Necklace is finished with sterling silver beads, jump ring, and spring clasp.
