This multicolor tagua nut necklace is a subdued, statement piece. The tagua nuts are arranged into an earthy rainbow of hues for a harmonious display of colors. Each tagua nut can be layered over or under its neighbor.

For this design, tagua nuts were hand woven onto sterling silver chain. The necklace is finished with seed pearls, sterling silver spring clasp, and 2" extender chain(not pictured).

Tagua is a type of nut from South America that resembles elephant ivory. It is sometimes referred to as vegetable ivory or palm ivory. It is sliced and dyed into a variety of colors. Tagua nuts are environmentally friendly and highly sustainable.

Necklace is 16-18'' long and Tagua nuts are ~1'' in diameter.
